• Associate Quality Designer at Electronic Arts (EA)

  I lead a Quality Verification team that works on EA's websites. The specifics of my role can vary greatly, but ultimately it is my responsibility to ensure the quality of our product - namely, our test plans.

  Our team spans different time zones with members in Ireland, Canada and China. We often work with others across the USA and Europe as well, so maintaining strong communication and reducing complexity is key to our success. This is to say, a significant portion of my time is spent examining our active processes to see how they can be made more effective and, potentially, automated.

  I work on EA's websites with an international team, primarily testing and reporting on the quality of new features and fixes.

  Another key responsibility of mine is to document features and procedures with a diligent eye on how they can be further improved.

  My responsibilities mostly consisted of asset creation but I was occasionally tasked to work outside of that area. For example, I also programmed interactive UI prototypes.

  RichToTheArdYo is my online branding. Under this name I display the work that I do which is how I manage to get regular commissions to create posters, videos as well as more recently, logos & animated splash screens for local organisations & individuals.
